Back up data
1. Connect BlackBerry device with PC
2. Start BB desktop manager
3. Go to “Back up & restore” select “back up” and click OK , the program will back up all data into xxx.ipd. file on PC


Downgrade BB messenger
1. Download BlackBerry device firmware from link below (select the firmware of model that you use)

2. Install the downloaded BlackBerry device firmware program on PC
3. Connect BlackBerry to PC
4. Start Desktop manager
5. Select Application Loade
6. Click on update software
7. There’s a checkbox to downgrade BlackBerry Messenger
